וְנָטַשְׁתִּ֗י אֵ֚ת שְׁאֵרִ֣ית נַחֲלָתִ֔י וּנְתַתִּ֖ים בְּיַ֣ד אֹֽיְבֵיהֶ֑ם וְהָי֥וּ לְבַ֛ז וְלִמְשִׁסָּ֖ה לְכָל־אֹיְבֵיהֶֽם׃
And I will cast off the remnant of Mine inheritance, and deliver them into the hand of their enemies; and they shall become a prey and a spoil to all their enemies;
Ralbag on II Kings
And I will cast off the remnant of Mine inheritance: Behold, the kingship of Judah is called the remnant of God's inheritance because it alone remains of God's inheritance which is the nation of Israel, because the king of Assyria exiled the rest.
